For numerous private equity firms successfully disposed of assets that either were out of the clients servicer’s core capabilities or represented ‘tail’ positions of maturing funds.

Bank/Non-Bank Lenders

Conducted successful valuation and sales of loans and portfolios of loans ranging in size and complexity from a single loan secured by a 300 unit London apartment building to portfolios of German residential loans to a $100mm+ portfolio of performing and non-performing C&I loans in India.

Post M&A Disposal

Working with a PE firm post acquisition of a European bank,  developed a streamlined sales process for the disposal of non-core and non-performing loans.  Conducted 12+ sequential sales freeing management and workout staff to focus on larger ticket resolutions.

Government

Conducted successful sales for four major European ‘bad’ banks executing portfolio sales ranging in size from Euro 450mm to Euro 50mm.  Aided government agencies in setting strategy, designing sales processes, selecting auction mechanisms, and executing sales.
